AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di kantor kecamatan sukodadi dan memiliki sampel pelitian sebesar 30. Menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Kecamatan Sukodadi Kabupaten Lamongan.AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The study was conducted at the Sukodadi sub-district office and had a sample of 30. Using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that work discipline and work motivation both partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Sukodadi District Office Lamongan Regency.
