AbstractLand area will affect the scale of the business, where this business will ultimately affect the efficiency or failure of an agricultural business. The more land is used for agricultural business, the less efficient the land is. The purpose of this study is to determine, firstly whether the area of land, labor, and capital have a partial effect on income. Secondly, whether land area, labor, and capital have a simultaneous effect on income. And the third, which of the variables of land area, labor, and capital has the most dominant effect on income, this study uses a quantitative type and has a population of 821 and a sampel of 90 respondents. This study employs hypothesis with data analysis methods validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test.From these evidences it can be concluded that partially the variable land area variation (X1), labour (X2), and capital (X3) with significant result has an effect on income (Y). Simultaneously, the variable of land area (X1), labour (X2), and capital (X3) with significant result has an effect on income (Y), and capital (X3) is the most dominant variable affecting the income of farmers.
