Description Herbal medicine has functions and properties that are believed to be used for generations to cure all diseases. Consumer confidence in traditional herbal medicine is based on consumer behavior. This study aims to determine what efforts should be made by herbal medicine sellers to maintain consumer confidence through marketing communication strategies. This research is a descriptive research model. The data in this study were collected through interview techniques by collecting answers to questionnaires which were then analyzed by describing conclusions through various theories and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that to maintain trust, herbal medicine sellers need to understand and understand how their products reach consumers and also maintain their trust in these herbal products.
