Description This study to analyze; First, to find out the implementation of the program tahfidzul quran at MTs Perguruan Mu’allimat Cukir Jombang. Second, to find out the strategy for developing the program of tahfidzul quran at MTs Perguruan Mu'allimat Cukir Jombang Third, to find out the quality of memorizing the Qur'an in the MTs Perguruan Mu'allimat Cukir Jombang. Researchers use this type of qualitative research. As for the population in this study were students of MTs Perguruan Mu’allimat Cukir Jombang, which numbered around 200 students. So that in this study using a sample of 136 students. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results obtained: 1) Implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program in MTs Perguruan Mu'allimat Cukir Jombang by coordinating between the cottage and the school, students accepted in special programs memorizing the Qur'an are obliged to stay in boarding schools, deposit activities are carried out every day, every week and after each change of juz, each supervisor gets 12-15 participants who are coached. 2) Development strategies developed at MTs Perguruan Mu'allimat Cukir Jombang, namely the coach determines the time and limits of some Qur'an memorization material that must be deposited, the coaches listen to the memorization of students by advancing one by one, when students make mistakes the coach gives a gesture to repeat memorization. 3) The quality of rote memorization of the Qur'an MTs students of Mu'allimat Cukir Jombang College in the period 2010-2013 ie the value 81-100 consists of 74 people (54.4%), the value of 71-80 consists of 32 people (25.6 %), the value of 51-70 consists of 30 people (22%).
