Description Memasuki akhir tahun 2019, mucul sebuah pandemi yaitu Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), yang menyebabkan seluruh kegiatan harus dilakukan dari rumah termasuk juga kegiatan belajar mengajar. Yang membuat proses belajar harus secara daring atau  Karena adanya perubahan sistem pembelajaran maka menimbulkan hambatan pada guru, seperti guru harus lebih memahami akan pemanfaat teknologi, penambahan biaya untuk kuota internet dan lain-lainnya, yang mana hal tersebut membuat adanya keluhan akan berubahnya sistem pembelajaran sehingga mempengaruhi motivasi mengajar guru. Maka dari itu, tulisan ini ingin mendeskripsikan tentang motivasi mengajar guru disaat pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mengajar guru berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 61%. Yang mana motivasi internal guru yang cenderung lebih tinggi untuk mendorong motivasi mengajar guru dibandingkan dengan motivasi internalnya. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa meskipun munculnya hambatan dalam proses pembelajaran, guru tetap mencari cara lain untuk ketercapaiannya dalam tujuan pembelajaran yang telah direncanakannya. Entering the end of 2019, there was a pandemic, namely Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), which caused all activities to be carried out from home including teaching and learning activities. Which makes the learning process must be online or because of changes in the learning system, it causes obstacles to teachers, such as teachers must better understand the use of technology, the addition of fees for internet quotas and others, which makes complaints about the change in the learning system so as to affect the motivation to teach teachers. Therefore, this article wants to describe the motivation of teaching teachers during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive approach with quantitative methods. The results of this study showed that the motivation to teach teachers was in the moderate category with a percentage of 61%. Which is where the internal motivation of the teacher tends to be higher to encourage the motivation of teaching the teacher compared to the internal motivation. So it can be concluded that despite the emergence of obstacles in the learning process, teachers are still looking for other ways to reach their learning goals.
