Description Studying in Islamic Boarding Schools has interest for parents in some circles. They tend to entrust their children there by the aim of facilitating their education, while forming their good personalities. They believe that their children will be educated by professional teachers. So that, their children will have good struggle and good intelligence. However, the parents’ expectations are inappropriate for the reality. This is because some teachers forget the professionalism they should have there. They seem only fulfil their teaching’s responsibility without regard the other aspects which will support their students’ education, such as building students’ discipline, strengthen student’s character, and developing students’ talent. Thus, some alumni forget the knowledge they gained after they have leaved Islamic boarding schools. Many of them put of their veil and have poor manner. Even though, the teachers’ professionalism will support students’ education weather for their knowledge or for their personalities. Therefore, developing teachers’ professionalism in Islamic boarding schools is very important to produce students who have good quality
