Description |
Internet technology makes human behavior, human interaction, human relations experience significantly changes. Interactions between humans, interactions between consumers and providers of goods or services that were previously carried out directly (physically meeting) become indirect interactions (long-distance trading), which is known as electronic commerce or electronic commerce (e-commerce). The market in an Islamic perspective can run well by upholding the value of justice in the economy which can be done by prohibiting all mafsadah (anything that is destructive), such as usury, gharâr and maisir, so that no parties are wronged or wronged, so that an economic climate can be created. healthy business. As long as the transaction does not contradict the principles of sharia, the Islamic provisions are flexible, dynamic and innovative in terms of muamalah. In e-commerce business transactions, (online business transactions / in cyberspace) are allowed because of mashlahah. |
