Description The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of implementation Andragogy in PAI learning in Social Institution Bina Karya Yogyakarta in the areas of planning, learning / implementation and evaluation. The study design was a descriptive study with qualitative approach. The collection of data by the method of observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. The object of research is the WBS A prisoners (vagrants and beggars) and PAI supervisor in Social Institution Bina Karya Yogyakarta.
The results showed counselors have been able to apply the reference Andragogy at the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning well. But there are several obstacles that researchers discovered that not all inmates understand and implement the material that has been given by educators. This is due to several factors, such as the existence of inmates who can not write, can read but already myopic sense of vision and their inmates who as a learning process sleepy, because learning hours of Islamic education that is at noon. Therefore supervisor is required creativity to enhance learning motivation of inmates.
