Description Financing education is a concept that should exist and can not be understood without reviewing the underlying concepts. There is an assumption that pembicarakan education financing can not be separated from the issue of the economics of education. Many of the problems faced in the world of quality education just as the quality of teaching and learning process and the quality of learning outcomes. Qualities to those closely related to education financing as said Jhons in Fatah (1998) is the cost and quality of education are of direct relevance. Policies to improve the quality of education is directed to the achievement of quality education based on national standards of education consisting of content standards, process standards, graduation competency standards, standards of teachers and education personnel, standards of facilities and infrastructure, management standards, standards of financing, and assessment standards of education. Quality improvement include the output (output), the process, intake / inputs (input).
