Description The scope of this research is to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on customer loyalty. This research was conducted at PT. BESS Finance Tulungagung Branch, the total population is 150 people with a sample using the slovin formula as many as 109 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing which includes partial test (t) and simultaneous F test accompanied by a determinant coefficient test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the promotion variable (X1) on customer loyalty (Y). tcount < ttable 4.872 > 1.980 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Significant value. t (0.000) < 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of service quality variable (X2) on customer loyalty (Y). the results of the calculation of tcount < ttable 3,002 > 1,980 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Significant value. t (0.003) < 0.05. Simultaneously, Fcount of 51.417 is greater than Ftable of 4.820. It can be explained that promotion (X1) and service quality (X2) which are jointly run by the company have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. BESS Finance Tulungagung Branch
