Description In this study the authors take the object of research on the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education in SDIT AL-ARIF Ngebrak. As an object of research the author is guided by SDIT AL-ARIF Ngebrak as one of the most advanced private schools in the district of Kediri. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a case study approach, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. So the researchers raised research questions about how the formulation, planning, evaluation of quality improvement in the area of school facilities and infrastructure. Based on the research findings, the School as an Educational Institution faces two demands namely demands from the community and demands from the business world. The human resource factor (HR) has become increasingly important in achieving school goals. HR is a factor that can drive the achievement of school goals effectively and efficiently, but also vice versa HR can be an obstacle in the direction of school goals. This is because humans are determinants of policy direction as well as direct implementers of achieving school goals. Seeing the importance of human resources, then as a leader must pay more attention to the school environment and the individuals within it. So the researchers only focused their research on the Principal's Strategy in Improving the Quality of Education of students from the standard of infrastructure.Keywords: Strategy, Quality, Infrastructure Facilities
