Description The purpose is influence between the variables of Management System Control (X1) and Career Development (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Viva Hotel Kediri. This research is a quantitative approach, by taking as many as 35 respondents at Viva Hotel Kediri as a sample. The analytical techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. From the results of the research, the results show that the variables of Management System Control (X1) and Career Development (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y). The results obtained by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.347 + 1507X1 + 0.854X2 and the results of the t-test of the management system control variable have a significant partial effect on employee performance. The results of the t-test of career development variables have a partially significant effect on employee performance and from the results of the F test analysis it can be concluded that the Management Control System and Career Development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Viva Hotel Kediri. It is known from the results of the correlation analysis that the R square value of 0.501 comes from squaring the correlation coefficient value or "R", which is 0.708 x 0.708 = 0.501
