Description The obstacles that should be overcome to produce qualified graduates was that the achievement of students were commonly measured based merely on the the students’intellectual intelligence emphasizing their ability on math and language. Intellectual intelligence did not only involved those two parameters,  but it should also be considered the visual, kinesthetic, visual-spacial, interpersonal, intrapersonal and naturalist aspects. Multiple Intelligences System was an approach intended to transform the education system, by creating obstacles that can prevent every students to participate completely in their education. It included the problems of gender, social status, and so on. This research applied descriptive qualitative approach by applying field research. It was located in Elementary School. Data collection techniques were conducted using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used were Miles and Huberman model that included: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing the conclusion. The data validity and reliability were checked by source and data collection triangulation technique. The research findings indicated that: the planning were performed by (1) finding the learning style of students, (2) understanding the implementation of the  Multiple Intelligences Strategy, covering all aspect of the students’ intelligence. (3) designing Strategies for Multiple Intelligences, knowledge transfer processes focused on the actual conditions of students on their process of their learning rather than the teachers teaching (4) improving the knowledge and the skill of the by doing internal training conducted by teachers and external training held by from the local Education Office. The implementation of the lesson plan was based on (1) Alpha Zone to stimulate the right conditions for suggestions. (2) Pre Teach functioned as pre activity before the core activity of learning. (3) Scene Setting which was undertaken by teachers or students to build the initial concept of learning. (4) The strategies in Learning Multiple Intelligences covered the approaches, strategies, methods and techniques underlined in the 2013 curriculum, which is the 2013 curriculum covering 5 Scientific aspect of Multiple Intelligences strategy. (5) The reflection was intended to aspects; the character and the material. The reflection of the character consisted of the activity to  repeat  the character and material learning of the previous section of the day. The evaluation involved (1) cognitive (2) psychomotor. (3) Affective Assessment.
