Description Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School as an Islamic educational institution that plays a role in educating the lives of the people both mentally and spiritually, has been around for more than a century, which is an interesting thing, because the age of the pesantren, which has reached more than a century, is still able to survive today. The pesantren has an established management concept and model. Besides the above, with the courage of Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School also innovating its management from classical management to modern management, this is evidenced by the leadership style of the foundation applied in the pesantren. With well-established management, Darul Huda Islamic boarding school has earned the public's trust to always educate, nurture and guide their sons and daughters.
The focus of this research is: How is the Quality Management Model in the development of the Darul Huda Jambesari Darussholah Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School education system with research objectives.
This study used a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. To avoid errors, the validity of the data was checked by using triangulation techniques, extending participation, and discussing with colleagues.Based on the results of the interim research, it can be concluded that: 1) Quality Management in Material Development of the First Darul Huda Jambesari Darussholah Islamic Boarding School Bondowoso, Material Development Planning is carried out by a). compiled by the curriculum development team, b). material in the field of Ubudiyah and students' skills, c). syllabic system and d). utilizing information and communication technology, second, Implementation of Material Development by means of, Application of religious lessons in general and language lessons, third, Evaluation of Material Development can be carried out on the process and learning outcomes, 2). Quality Management in the Development of Teaching Methods by applying the Non-Classical and Classical models. 3). Quality Management in the Development of Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School educators Darussholah Bondowoso, first, Educator Development Planning with second discipline enforcement, recruitment and selection of Ustadz, second, Educator Development Implementation includes the division of educator duties and educator career development, third, Educator Development Evaluation is carried out by Direct supervision of pesantren.
