Description This research aims to determine the effect of School Climate and Self-Efficacy on the performance of 17 Pare Vocational Middle School Teacher Management Studies Programs. This research is a quantitative study that shows a causal relationship. The sample in this study were 75 teachers. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis using percentages, averages and standard deviations and for inferential statistical analysis using the F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination test. Research results show that the School Climate is in a very good category in terms of indicators: Relationship between superiors and subordinates, Relationships between fellow teachers, Responsibility, involvement and participation of teachers. Self-Efficacy in good categories in terms of indicators: Past Performance, Vicarious Experience, Verbal Persuasion, Emotional Cues. Teacher performance in good categories in terms of indicators: Work Quality, Work Quantity, Timeliness, Attendance and Initiatives. Based on the Determination Coefficient Test Results show that there is a significant relationship between the influence of the school climate and Self-Efficacy on the Performance of Vocational Secondary School Teacher Education Foundation 17.
