Description |
To facilitate access to education and to meet the expectations of society and government, the Foundation established the Al-Multazam diasramakan school (boarding school). The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of Islamic Boarding School Al-Multazam developed or are not feasible when viewed from the aspect financially by using the method inventasi criteria are: Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, Payback Period and Internal Rate of Return. This type of research is a case study (case study) with locations in Islamic Boarding School in the district of Al Multazam Mojokerto. The results showed that the new building rehabilitation projects Islamic Boarding School Al Multazam Mojoanyar Mojokerto economically feasible. Researchers considered that the project is feasible because of the school or the Education Foundation of the Islamic Al Multazam in issuing an investment of Rp. 250 million, after a due diligence review of the project with the Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), Payback Period and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) proved that all feasible means of test equipment capable of closing the school construction funds is reached.
