Description In the implementation of cooperatve activiteas that have the same as commercial banks. Credit unions to collect funds from the public in the form of savings and term deposits (deposits) and channeled to the community in the form of loans or credit in order to improve the standard of living of the people. The purpose of this research are: a) to determine the effect of the development of third party capital in the form of public savings and term deposits (time deposits) simultaneously affect the granting of the loan, b) to determine the development of capital in the form of deposits and savings deposits of savings ( deposits) are the partial effect on the granting of loans, c) to know what is more dominant of the two components of the savings deposits and savings deposits (deposits) that memepengaruhi lending. Fratio calculation results obtained at 83.272 with a significance value of 0.000 (P <0.05), thus proving that the general savings and term deposits simultaneously significant effect on the KSP lending Independent Living Resources. Testing relationships common to lending the savings obtained by value t calculate the workload of 0.891 to 0.392 signfikansi (P> 5%), while savings deposits is partially shown to have significant effect on lending because the values ​​obtained t count equal to signfikansi 10.620 0.000 (P <5%). Savings deposits have a dominant influence on the provision of loan savings compared to common variable, because it has a partial effect of 93.3% while public savings amounting to 6.76%.
