Description Motivation is the driving force for a person to perform certain activities in order to achieve a goal, whichis study. Motivation plays an important role in delivering the passion and pleasure in learning so thatstudents are motivated to have a lot of energy to perform learning activities. Student motivation isinfluenced by many factors. One of the factors is the condition of learning facilities. Learning facilities isa condition of facility (infrastructure) that support the studying activities in both quantity and quality. Themain purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of the condition of collegefacilities to student learning motivation in College of Economics (STIE) Al Anwar Mojokerto. This studyis an explanatory research. Data is collected through questionnaires and documentation. The populationin this study were the students of College of Economics (STIE) Al Anwar Mojokerto which is representedin a sample of 105 students. The study was conducted in late November to December 2011. Based on theresults of data analysis, it is found that the condition of college facilities has a significant influence onstudent learning motivation, which is 51.3% and another 48.7% is influenced by other factors outside ofthe study variables. The implications of the results of the analysis is that there is a significant influencebetween learning facilities to student learning motivation. Students have good motivation to learn and theconditions in learning facilities in STIE Al Anwar Mojokerto are also good. Therefore, researcherssuggest that college facilities should be improved further to motivate students in learning.
