Description In an educational institution or other organization, the work productivity of its employees is highly expected, because from that productivity, the goals of the institution or organization become very easy to achieve. Productivity requires employees to work optimally with the shortest time and cost. With this low time and financial capital, efficiency and effectiveness targets can also be achieved easily. There are various ways to increase productivity from employee performance in the office, including in an Islamic educational institution, including the matter of office layout, a part of the study of office management that pays attention to office layout including the placement of work desks, filing cabinets, meeting rooms, leadership and staff rooms, privacy areas, and so on for and to increase employee productivity and performance. The implementation of a non-profit organization's office layout will certainly experience a significant difference compared to a for-profit organization such as a company. This is due to differences in character, climate and culture that apply in it. However, in principle, all organizations have a fairly basic equation, namely the achievement of organizational goals effectively and efficiently.
