Description Every educational institution with educational autonomy has full rights in regulating its institution as long as it is still being monitored and also follows government regulations, including regulating curriculum development. The presence of human resources (HR) is very important in curriculum development. This research was conducted at MTs Darussalam Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk using a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data sources are primary sources and data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display and verification supported by data validity techniques in the form of extended observations, triangulation (checking data from various sources in various ways, and at various times), and member check. The results showed that human resource management at MTs Darussalam Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk was carried out starting from planning, deciding, organizing, and also conducting regular evaluations until the end of the education year, and supported by human resources who had met the criteria as teachers and also the criteria for education personnel. , they are also competent in developing their respective duties. The education curriculum development carried out at MTs Darussalam Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk is carried out in the form of a combination of the pesantren curriculum and the KTSP curriculum which is rarely done in outside madrasas. The results achieved by MTs Darussalam Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk from curriculum development were in the form of character building for religious students and prioritizing morals.
