Description Updates always cause a lot of problems. The problem with reform sponsors is how to help teacher growth. Helping the growth of a teacher's position, is an important supervisory task. Teachers need knowledge in analyzing learning situations, applying the principles of modern psychology in lessons, basic research knowledge, knowledge about ways of cooperation. In short they need growth in their position ("professional growth") a supervisor can use new discoveries, contribute knowledge to develop the responsibility of each teacher and awareness in using every opportunity to learn. Fostering a sense of responsibility and the ability to use time and energy in developing teacher positions is a necessity for educational supervision. Based on the author's analysis of the principal's strategy in improving teacher learning innovation at SDN Tanjunganom 1 Nganjuk, he implemented a principal improvement strategy for teachers in the form of supervision, teacher performance evaluation, which was carried out once a month, and tutoring carried out by teachers to students. The 3rd grade Teacher Learning Innovation at SDN Tanjunganom 1 Nganjuk has been going well, there are 4 factors that are dancing in the Teacher Learning Innovation including: First, competent teachers. Second, students who excel. Third, adequate facilities. Fourth, the curriculum that has been implemented at the institution, as well as the principal's motivation for the teachers
