The understanding effort of hadits which is a new fresh and contemporary is needed. This article talks about marriage approval of girls based on youth and family psychology’s view. This view is used to find out the ideal form in understanding hadits in the social context. This needs not only text approach but also other disciplines. With regard to youth and family psychology, so there is no relavance when the guardians are forcing their girls to get married, because approval is the form of willingness. It is the first foundation in creating happy family bring forth the next generation.
