Description The human right issues has been rolling from discussing about the important of upholding human rights and embagro against the countriest that ignore it. This article discusses human right fulfilment in Islamic education of Madrasah Nizamiyah. As founding father, Nizam al-Mulk has dominated this madrasah development from planning, implementing and evaluation, meanwhile the other as executor. Madrasah Nizamiyah also as Nizam al-Mulk assistant principle to implement the Sunni hegemony in their territory, though it had been implemented by previous ruler. The prior aim of this madrasah establishment was providing professional govenment employees whose Sunni ideology. This madrasah has been able to meet the basic right of its citizens in getting high quality education and realize the human right fulfilment to the whole community. At that time, the government was responsible for the provision of educational quality as a guarantee the human right fulfilment for all citizen. The madrasah establishment did not remove the precence of existing Islamic institution. The existance of facilities and quality in education as a more competent alternative, gradually the activities of that institution decreased however.
