Description Abstrak Kenyamanan termal dalam ruang proses produksi akan meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Kenyamanan termal dipengaruhi oleh suhu bola kering, kelembaban relatif dan sistem ventilasi. Pada penelitian ini ruang dari proses produksi dirancang memiliki luas 1500 m2 dan memiliki 6 menara pendingin. Dari hasil penelitian ruang proses produksi diperoleh  sirkulasi yang terjadi  26,5/jam, kecepatan aliran udara ke dalam sistem 0,9648 m/s dengan faktor koreksi 0,4, memiliki daya evaporatif pendinginan cooling tower sebesar 5472 Watt dan memiliki beban pendinginan 18.173,3 kW. Kondisi ini mampu memenuhi kebutuhan kenyamanan termal untuk produksi ruang yang digunakan sebagai dapur dan dengan jumlah karyawan sekitar 100 orang. Desain menara pendingin mampu memenuhi kebutuhan beban pendinginan sebesar  4%. Kata kunci: Desain ruang proses produksi, Beban pendinginan, Kenyamanan termal alami.   Abstract Thermal comfort in a production process will increase the productivity of labor. Thermal comfort is affected by the dry bulb temperature, relative humidity and ventilation systems. The design space of the production process is designed to have area 1500 m2 and has six cooling towers. From the research results obtained the production process of circulation space which occurred 26.5 / h, air flow rate into the system is 0.9648 m / s with a correction factor of 0.4, has a power ventilation evaporative cooling tower total of 5472 Watts and has a cooling load 18 173, 3 kW. This condition is able to meet the thermal comfort requirements for the production of space used as a kitchen and a number of employees about 100 people.
