Description Fiscal policy means policies to regulate state revenues and expenditures in order to maintain stability and encourage economic growth. Fiscal policy instruments are government revenues and expenditures. A government annually compiles a State Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBN) which is submitted to the DPR to be ratified into the APBN. Where economic growth is very influential on fiscal policy that is realized in the state budget. The birth of this fiscal policy is due to the awareness of the influence of government revenues and expenditures. This fiscal policy is one of the discussions in the study of Islamic economics. In Islamic economics, fiscal policy has been known since the time of the Prophet and the Companions. The concept of Islamic economics that has existed since the Islamic government of Medina is a ready-made concept that can only be used as an alternative to the modern fiscal system. Acceptance of the classical concept of Islamic fiscal without reformulating it in a contemporary context will only turn back time to primitive times. If you only accept zakat as the fiscal backbone of Islam, then refuse taxes, then it will only lead to a utopian Islamic fiscal concept.
