Description Companies can be classified as advanced companies if there is good employee performance in it, the good and bad of a company can be seen from the initiative style of the organization, since that authority style can later deliver positive execution, just as the workplace,if the work environment in a company is If the company runs conditionally, it will be able to create maximum employee performance. This study aims to determine whether the leadership style and work environment affect employee performance at PT. Sugar Group Companies Lampung Tengah. This research is included in the quantitative research. Questionnaire statements are given to every employee who works at PT. Gula Putih Mataram by distributing questionnaires via the google form link. Furthermore, the questionnaire data processing was carried out by data testing techniques using SMART-PLS software.From 47 examples of representatives, the exploration results show that the initiative style has no certain and irrelevant impact on worker execution, the workplace has a positive and critical impact on representative execution. The aftereffects of this review show that administration style has no huge impact on representative execution except for the workplace decidedly affects worker execution.
