Description This study aims to describe: (1) the principal's policy in the implementation of face to face learning at SMK Negeri 1 Donorojo Pacitan. (2) supporting factors and inhibitions implementation face to face learning during the covid 19 pandemic at SMK Negeri 1 Donorojo Pacitan. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The informants involved were the Principal, Teachers, and Parents of Students. Data collection techniques by interview and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used interactive analysis. The data collection techniques in this study used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the principal's policy implementation face to face learning at SMK Negeri 1 Donorojo Pacitan went well with the guidance of the Joint Decree (SKB) of 4 Ministers. 2) Supporting factors: coordination and communiqué of all parties, as well as the existence of facilities that meet the Prokes. Inhibitory factors: adaptation process with new habits, where the implementation of health protocols of the Covid-19 pandemic must be implemented very strictly, so that activities are limited. The lesson material has not been well achieved to the students, considering the number of face to face only once a week for 4 hours with 4 lesson matter.
