Description Fine motor development is a developmental process that only involves coordinated movements of small muscles, and only involves movements between the eyes and hands. One of the activities carried out in the development of fine motor skills during the pandemic is folding activities, which can use objects that are around the house and do not always have to use media from folding paper. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of folding activities on children's fine motor development during the COVID-19 pandemic showed quite good development for children aged 4-5 years. Meanwhile, with online learning, not only teachers play an active role, but parents also play an active role in supporting the development process.
