Description The introduction of number concepts and number symbols is very important to be mastered by children, because it will be the basis for mastering the next mathematical concepts at the next level of education. Numbers are mathematical objects that are abstract in nature and belong to undefined elements. This type of research based on the approach is descriptive qualitative research. In this study the variables studied were the Effect of Media Trees Counting on Ability to Count 1-10. The place used as the research is RA Ar Roudloh Watu Prapat Kec. Nguling, Pasuruan Regency. The subjects in this study were children of group A RA Arroudloh Watuprapat 15 children consisting of men 8 Children and 7 Women. four designs of numbers 1-10 with the media Tree Calculate prepared materials and tools, namely the Media Tree Count rod, the media child in the form 1-10, pictures of objects 1-10, = and ≠ marks, containers. The four activities are as follows: 1) Calling and sorting the order of numbers 1-10, 2) Knowing the concepts of objects 1-10, 3) Knowing the concept of equals on a collection of objects 1-10, 4) Identifying the concept of numbers with objects 1 -10. The results of this study are using the arithmetic media of group A children RA Ar Roudloh very happy in the cognitive development of mathematical concepts in everyday life.
