Description Science is an ideal tool for developing children's minds to ask about the natural world, science teaching children to appreciate the diversity of life and interrelated. One of the learning models that support activities with scientific approach is to use the learning center model. centrally-based learning is the most up-to-date model implemented in early childhood education environments, with key characteristics providing a foothold. Based on the description above the researcher was interested to do research on the effect of learning center of natural materials on the science ability of children of group A in RA Ussisaalattaqwa Sumbertempur Puri Mojokerto for the academic year 2017-2018. The method used in this research was descriptive research method used quantitative approach. In this study the independent variable was the learning center of natural materials. the dependent variable in this study was the children's science skills group A. Technique of data collection used in this research was observation. Systematic observation by observers used guidelines as an observation instrument. The results showed that before given the learning by the center method, students' appreciation of conventional learning as follows; students who admitted that the learned given was not fun as many as 13 students (72.2%) who claimed fun as much as 27.8%. After given the learned done with the method of natural materials center with the topic of maked ice cubes become faster liquid appreciation of the students entirely or 18 students (100%) admitted very pleasant.
