Description In the mystery and controversy of the acts of murder of a child by the Prophet Khidir there are many lessons and ibrah that can be learned through the politic’s law of Machiavelli and sad adz-dzari'ah approach. The murder of a child carried out by the Prophet Khidir is an anticipatory action preventing the fall of both parents in disbelief, and creating benefit from surrogate children who are born later. This research uses a conceptual approach using the concept of politic’s law of Machiavelli and sad adz-dari'ah. The analysis of this research was conducted in a descriptive-interpretative way. This study concludes that the mystery and controversy of the Prophet Khidir's actions arise due to the absence of the same understanding about the legal standing status of the Prophet Khidir, using of different paradigm, the desired reality, as well as the means and types of violations used by the Prophet Khidir. Understanding the same understanding of the legal standing status of the Prophet Khidir, using of using of different paradigm, the desired reality, as well as the means and types of violations used by the Prophet Khidir will lead to understand that the murder of a child by the Prophet Khidir is right and commited by Syariáh. The Prophet's understanding of the background, history, condition and knowledge of the future of the Prophet became the main reason of all prophet Khidir action, especially murder of child. Competence of background knowledge, history, surround conditions and future knowledge is the main mysteries and controversies of the Prophet Khidir's knowledge.
