High civilized society or civil society is not just this discourse appears, there are some things that background. Thus, this is where Islamic religious education takes a role in its formation. In the midst of the times, new phenomena are emerging in society, and this is certainly influenced by the development of science and technology. Islamic education amidst the onslaught of public education, tetpa strives to exist with several developments and innovations for its advancement in making changes to the customs, culture and patterns of the society by maintaining tolerance of Religion, living in mutual respect and help, forming a knowledgeable society and technological literacy, so in this case that need to be underlined is the role of Islamic religious education, civil society and character education.
