Description Penelitian ini berfokus pada hubungan antara etika kerja islami (IWE) dan kinerja adaptif dengan peran mediasi perilaku kerja inovatif (IWB) dan peran moderasi kepemimpinan etis di antara karyawan sektor perhotelan di Jombang.  Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 74 karyawan yang bekerja di 13 hotel di seluruh Jombang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa IWE secara signifikan memprediksi kinerja adaptif baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui IWB. Selain itu hasil juga mengkonfirmasi peran moderasi kepemimpinan etis antara IWE dan IWB.
This study focuses on the relationship between Islamic work ethics (IWE) and adaptive performance with the mediating role of innovative work behavior (IWB) and the moderating role of ethical leadership among hotel sector employees in Jombang. Data were collected using a questionnaire from 74 employees working in 13 hotels throughout Jombang. The results show that IWE significantly predicts adaptive performance either directly or indirectly through IWB. In addition, the results also confirm the moderating role of ethical leadership between IWE and IWB.
