Description Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompensasi dan iklim organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada organisasi sekolah berbasis keislaman, mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompensasi dan iklim organisasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; hipotesis mengenai pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas yaitu variabel Kompensasi (X1) dan Iklim Organisasi (X2) secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap variabel Kinerja (y) guru-guru. Hasil yang  diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang nyata atau signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.  Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dari masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel kinerja. Hasil yang diperoleh bisa dijelaskan bahwa variabel Kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja (y) guru, Iklim Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja guru.
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate variables simultaneously on employee performance in Islamic-based school organizations, to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate variables partially on teacher performance, to determine the dominant variables influencing teacher performance. The results showed; hypothesis regarding the effect of independent variables, namely the variable Compensation (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2) simultaneously or together on the variable Performance (y) of teachers. The results obtained indicate that the two variables simultaneously have a real or significant effect on teacher performance. Partial hypothesis testing of each independent variable on the performance variable. The results obtained can be explained that the compensation variable (X1) has a significant effect on the teacher's performance variable (y), Organizational Climate (X2) has a significant effect on the teacher's performance variable.
