Description Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah pengaruh interpretasi agama (Islam), budaya organisasi dan individualism berpengaruh pada kualitas etos kerja muslim. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai jawaban atas permasalahan dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan: Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi parsial dihasilkan temuan jika ketiga variabel bebas secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja Muslim. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis regresi diketahui jika variabel bebas yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan pada etos kerja Muslim adalah variabel bebas budaya organisasi. Namun, dengan besarnya pengaruh semua variabel bebas yang tidak sampai satu persen (0,8%), maka dominasi variabel budaya organisasi tidaklah berpengaruh. Etos kerja Islam tidaklah serendah pandangan para peneliti etos kerja terdahulu, khususnya dalam usaha membandingkan dengan etos kerja Protestan. Etos kerja Islam juga menekankan perlunya suatu perubahan, ditandai dengan tingginya respons terhadap indikator-indikator yang merupakan unsur-unsur penting dalam suatu perubahan seperti kedisiplinan, jiwa wiraswasta, semangat belajar dan kreativitas.
This study aims to see whether the influence of interpretation of religion (Islam), organizational culture and individualism affect the quality of Muslim work ethic. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions can be drawn as answers to the problems and objectives that have been set: Based on the results of the partial regression analysis, it is found that the three independent variables individually (partial) have no significant effect on Muslim work ethic. Based on the results of the regression analysis test, it is known that the independent variable that has a dominant influence on Muslim work ethic is the independent variable of organizational culture. However, with the magnitude of the influence of all independent variables which is less than one percent (0.8%), then the dominance of the organizational culture variable does not affect. The Islamic work ethic is not as low as the views of previous work ethic researchers, especially in trying to compare it with the Protestant work ethic. The Islamic work ethic also emphasizes the need for a change, marked by a high response to indicators that are important elements in a change such as discipline, entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm for learning and creativity.
