Several verses of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet talk about children. Likewise, the laws and regulations and various existing literatures. Therefore, this article will describe the rights of children based on the Qur'an, Sunnah, laws and some literatures.
Pembahasan tentang hak anak terhadap orang tuanya bisa ditelusuri berdasarkan ajaran Islam, perundang-undangan dan literatur. Beberapa ayat al-Qur’an dan Hadits Nabi membicarakan tentang anak. Begitu pula hukum perundang-undangan dan berbagai literatur yang ada. Oleh karena itu artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan tentang hak-hak anak berdasarkan al-Qur’an, Sunnah, undang-undang dan beberapa literatur. |
