Description In higher education context, Islamic Religious Education is one of the subjects that aim to develop student's characte. However, in reality there are many problems such as learning that focus only on the cognitive aspect. In addition, the implementation of the course is impressed only as a complement. Based on these problems, it is necessary to innovate in Islamic religious learning so that can contribute in character building of students. This study aims to find an alternative solution of character building of students through integration of science logic in Islamic religious learning. This research belongs to library research with descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use documentation. For analysis using document analysis with content analysis techniques. The results showed that the process of integration of science logic in Islamic religous learning can be realized on the paradigm, approach, strategy, methods, materials, and evaluation of learning. while the implications can be seen from the steps of learning and the characters that are formed on the students themselves.
