Description This research aims to find out and analyze the company's financial performance distinction real estate and property between before and during the Government of President Jokowi. Comparative method used in this research, with the selection of the sample using the method of purposive sampling, the sample was selected to produce as many as 41 companies. The data collection method used is the documentation. Analysis techniques were used to test the hypothesis with Paired Samples T-Test. The results showed that test the hypothesis with paired samples test differed on average variable, current ratio (CR), to total asset ratio (DAR), return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE). This shows that the period of transition between the before and during the Government of President Jokowi still not enhance overall financial performance of the company's real estate and property were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.
