Description Penelitian dilakukan di UPT PT dan HMT Desa Beji Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu untuk mengevaluasi mutu genetik melalui nilai Nilai Pemuliaan (NP) dan Most Probable Producing Ability (MPPA) antara sapi perah pejantan None Selected (NS) dan Selected (S) melalui produktivitas anak betina. Materi penelitian terdiri dari semen beku dari NS 6 ekor dan S 3 ekor, 86 ekor induk, 43 ekor anak betina (NS), dan 43 ekor anak betina (S). Metode penelitian adalah studi kasus dari data sapi perah periode 2014-2017.  Variabel yang diamati adalah berat lahir (BL), berat umur 1,5 tahun (BU1,5) dan lingkar dada umur 1,5 tahun (LDU1,5).  Estimasi  heritabilitas (h²) dan  ripitabilitas (r) dengan metode half sib, analisis data dengan uji t tidak berpasangan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rataan semua sifat dari S berbeda nyata (P<0,01) dibandingkan dengan NS.  Nilai h² dan r berbagai sifat dari kelompok NS dan S adalah kategori rendah.  Kesimpulan adalah rataan semua sifat pada kelompok S lebih tinggi daripada kelompok NS tetapi memenuhi standar nasional bibit sapi perah. Nilai heritabilitas, ripitabilitas, NP dan MPPA semua sifat pada S lebih tinggi daripada NS. Evaluasi genetik pada S dan NS berdasarkan NP dan MPPA adalah berbeda untuk semua sifat kecuali pada BL.Kata kunci: heritabilitas, ripitabilitas, NP, MPPA The aim was to evaluate the genetic quality of None Selected dairy bulls (NS) and Selected (S)  based on daughter productivity through Breeding Value (BV) and Most Probable Producing Ability (MPPA). The research material consisted of frozen semen from NS 6 heads and S 3 heads, 86 cows, 43 daughters (NS), and 43 daughters (S). The research method was a case study of data from 2014-2017 dairy cattle. The observed variables were birth weight (BW), 1.5-year age weight (W1.5) and 1.5-year-old chest circumference (CC1.5). Estimation of heritability (h²) and repeatability (r) used the half-sib method.   Data analysis was unpaired t-test. The results showed the mean of all traits in S was significantly different (P <0.05) compared to NS. The h² and r values of various characteristics of the NS and S groups were in a low category. The conclusion was the average of all traits in the S group was higher than the NS group but met the national standards for dairy bull breeds. Heritability, repeatability, BV and MPPA values were higher in S than NS. Genetic evaluation of S and NS based on BV and MPPA was different rank for all traits except for BW. Key words: heritability, repeatability, BV, MPPA
