Description ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sistem governance dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap entrepreneurship  korporasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2013-2016. Penggunaan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria sampel yang telah ditetapkan, maka didapatkan sebanyak 59 perusahaan yang memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian secara simultan  kepemilikan outside, rasio outside, share ownership dan share institusional berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurship  korporasi. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan outside, rasio outsde, share ownership berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurship  korporasi. Sedangkan share institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurship  korporasi.Keyword : Kepemilikan outside, rasio outside, share ownership, share institusional, entrepreneurship  korporasi. ABSTRACT               This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship of the governance system and ownership structure to corporate entrepreneurship, the population in this research are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The use of samples in this study uses purposive sampling method.                Based on the predetermined sample criteria, 59 companies were eligible to be used as samples in this study.                Test results simultaneously outside ownership, ratio Outside, share ownership and institutional share influence on corporate entrepreneurship. Test results that show that the percentage of ownership percentage of shares will greatly influence the decision making that will be carried out by the company in the future.                Partial test results show that the ratio variable affects corporate entrepreneurship. Partial testing results show that institutional share variables do not affect corporate entrepreneurship. Keyword: Simultaneous outside ownership, ratio outside, share ownership, institutional share of corporate entrepreneurship
