Description The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of internal factors and external factors on firm value. The population of this study is food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2018. The sample selection was carried out using the purposive sampling method aimed at obtaining a sample that was in accordance with the research. The analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results showed that one of the internal factors, namely profitability, firm size had an effect on firm value. Furthermore, the external factor, namely interest rates, has an effect on firm value. On the other hand, the external factor, namely inflation, has no effect on firm value.Keywords : Purposive sampling, internal factors, external factors, profitability, firm size, inflation interest rates.
