Description This study aims to perform the analysis of Financial Ratios To Predict Financial Distress Condition of Manufacturing Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013 - 2015. Independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio, and CFFO. The method of analysis used in this study is logistic regression, population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the BEI 2013-2015. The sample selection using purposive sampling method and got a number of 112  companies.Based on logistic regression test found that Current Ratio, Return on Asset and CFFO have no effect on financial distress while Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant positive effect to Financial Distress.
