Description ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price level overpriced, stockreturn, Earning Per Share and stock liquidity to stock split decision. Thepopulation in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia StockExchange period 2012-2016. Sampling technique in this research use purposivesampling and obtained 54 sample company that used as criterion ofmanufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016.Source of data from this research comes from the official website (www.idx.co.id)and (www.sahamok.com). The method of analysis used in this research is logisticregression. The results of this study indicate that the price overpriced rateproclaimed using Price Earning Ratio does not affect the stock split decision. Thestock return has a significant positive effect on stock split decision. Earning PerShare have a significant positive effect on stock split decision. Stock tradingliquidity has a significant negative effect on the stock split decision.Keywords: Price overhead rate, stock return, Earning Per Share, stock tradingliquidity, stock split decision.
