Description ABSTRACTThis study is used to analyze the effect of cash flow and profit on stockprices. The sample in this study are transportation service companies that gopublic and are listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period 2014 to2017. After that, testing is done using multiple linear tests to determine the effectof the independent variable with the dependent variable. Then the normality testwas performed using the non-parametric One-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S)statistical test. From the classical assumption test can be seen the assumptionsneeded in multiple linear analysis are fulfilled. classical assumption test in thisstudy using multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test.Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that cash flow and net incomehave a significant effect on stock prices. With the basis of the F-test resultsobtained the probability value of the variable cash flow and net income is smallerthan the significant level of 0.047 <0.05. Means that, the better the cash flow andthe greater the net profit, it will increase the share price of the transportationservice company that Go Public on the IDX in 2014-2017.Keywords: cash flow, net income, and stock price
