Description This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the selection of non-public accounting professions for accounting students in the city of Malang. The case studies in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, State University of Malang, State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The =analytical method used in sampling is purposive sampling, and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study are the financial award variable partially has a significant and positive effect on the selection of non-public accounting professions. The variable of professional recognition partially has no significant effect on the selection of non-public accounting professions. The social values variable partially has no significant effect on the selection of the non-public accounting profession. The work environment variable partially has a significant and positive effect on the selection of the non-public accountant profession. Partial labor market considerations have a significant and positive effect on the selection of non-public accounting professions.Keywords: Financial Awards, Professional Recognition, Social Values, Work Environment, Labor Market Considerations.
