Description ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Analysis of Factors Affecting the Profit Distribution Management at Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2019 Period. The dependent variable in this research is Profit Distribution Management. While the independent variables are 1) Capital Adequacy, 2) Effectiveness of Third Party Funds, 3) Financing Risk 4) Age of the Bank, the sampling uses purposive sampling method and there are 14 banks according to the criteria listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research is Sharia Commercial Bank (BUS). Data analysis used descriptive statistical test, normality test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using multiple regression method using a sample of Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), then the results of simultaneous multiple regression analysis KM, EDPK, RP and UB influences the PDM. Meanwhile, partially capital adequacy and effectiveness of third party funds have a positive effect on profit distribution management, while financing risk and bank age have a negative effect on profit distribution management.Keywords:       Profit Distribution Management, Capital Adequacy, Effectiveness of Third Party Funds, Financing Risk, Bank Age.
