Description ABSTRACTThe research aims to determine the effect of  perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use for a intention to use OVO  electronic wallet in daily financial transaction activities. The research was conducted on active students of the Accounting major, at  Malang Islamic University.  Data collection methods used were the distributing questionnaires both directly and online from Google from, a sample of 89 students. The sampling techniques is purposive sampling. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using multiple linear analysis techniques. The result of this study can be seen that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on decision making for OVO intention to use, and perceived ease of use has a positive effect on decision making for OVO intention to use in financial transaction activities. This research can contribute to reference of Theory Acceptance Model.Keywords : perceived usefulness, perceived ease for use, intention to use, OVO
