Description ABSTRACTThis research aims to know the influence of the share price, the variant return, trading volume, and abnormal return against the bid ask spread during the time before and after the right issue. The population in this research is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange do the right issue during the years 2015-2018. The data used in this research is secondary data. The study sample consisted of 53 companies that do the right issue. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. The research of using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) stock prices significantly to influential bid ask spread before and after the events of the right issue (2) the return of influential variants significantly to the bid ask spread before and after the events of the right issue (3) trading volume significantly influential against the bid ask spread before and after the events of the right issue (4) abnormal return significant effect against the bid ask spread before and after the events of the right issue.Keywords: Bid-Ask Spread, Right Issue, Stock’s Price, Variant of Return, Trading Volume, Abnormal Return
