Description ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how much influence the internet financialreporting and the level of website information disclosure on the frequency of stocktrading. The data used in this study is secondary data with research samplesnamely companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive samplingmethod. The analysis results obtained by multiple linear regression equationmodel Y = -7,811 + 2,971 X1 + 5,026 X2. Testing the effect of variable partiallyconcludes that the two variables have a positive effect on the frequency of stocktrading. The amount of contribution obtained is 51.1%.Keywords: The influence of Internet Financial Reporting and the Level ofDisclosure of Website Information on the Frequency of Trading, MultipleLinear Regression
