Description AbstractThis research aims to describe and determine the impact of motivation and human resource training on employee performance, and at the same time or partially determine the impact of motivation and human resource training on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The population in this study is the employees of the cigarette factory PR.DD Tajinan, and all the samples used are equal to the population of 42 respondents. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study is to use SPSS 25 for windows to perform multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that : (1) in the tobacco factory PR.DD Tajinan, motivation and human resource training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the same time. (2) incentives have a significant positive impact on the employee performance of PR.DD Tajinan Cigarette Factory. (3) PR.DD Tajinan Cigarette Factory human resources training has no significant positive impact on employee performance. Keywords: motivation, human resource training, employee performance
